Tina Powe was presented a check from the Elks for $1,174 for the Life Line Service Dogs at our meeting on Monday, June 23rd in honor of Chad Goodner. Tina did a Passing of the Leash Ceremony at our annual Elks 4th of July celebration with service dogs and their owners. The ceremony marks a pivotal point in the journey of a service dog and their handlers. The moment they are recognized as a team.
