We brought some hardware back from the ALA State Convention. These are just for our Community Service hours. Paulette Crawford got a personalized tumbler and a silver medal for being 2nd in the state for individual hours. Our unit got a bronze plaque for being 3rd in the state for total number of hours.
We not only brought home some hardware from the American Legion Auxiliary convention for our Community Service hours. We also brought home the Top Membership Honors!!! We earned 136% of our membership goal set by the state department! The unit that was closest to us earned 125% of their membership goal.
If you want to join the fastest growing American Legion Auxiliary in the state who enjoys helping our veterans and community come check us out! We meet at the American Legion in Acorn on the second Tuesday of each month. We have dinner at 6:00pm and meeting at 7:00pm.
